Pilates combines elements of yoga, martial arts and western exercise. It is designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body improving balance, flexibility and posture and has been found to be effective in relieving and preventing low back pain. It was initially designed by Joseph Pilates in the 1900s to rehabilitate dancers from injury.

Our qualified and experienced Pilates instructor works with clients one to one, tailoring programmes to each individual’s needs according to health and mobility levels. Our instructor can offer one to one or couples/friends/family sessions.
